Our Techniques

Our chiropractic professionals employ a wide range of proven techniques for each individual case. Whether you prefer a firm hands-on adjustment or a gentler approach, we match our techniques to your needs.

Sacro Occipital Technique

SOT is the analysis and adjustment of the spine as it relates to adverse spinal cord tension. Your spinal cord firmly attaches to your sacrum (tailbone) and occiput (cranium).

When you are stressed, your spinal cord tightens. When the stress is gone, the spinal cord relaxes. Many of us are exposed to so much stress that our spinal cord always stays tensed, creating adverse spinal cord tension.

Gentle cranial sacral adjustment releases the spinal cord tension and improves relaxation and breathing.

The ProAdjuster

Experience comfortable chiropractic with this precision adjusting instrument. The instrument accurately determines area of the spine that are too tight and then a gentle vibrational stimulation is applied to the spine and muscles to "loosen" up the joints and release muscle tension.
